Mj Vallely is SMS Aero’s Digital Learning Developer & LMS Manager, responsible for designing, developing and managing engaging digital learning solutions for the business and its clients. Working closely with subject matter experts, compliance teams and customers, she transforms complex technical, operational and regulatory information into clear, accessible and practical learning.
Alongside digital content development, Mj manages the complete learning lifecycle across SMS Aero’s learning platforms. This includes LMS configuration, learner onboarding, enrolments, learning pathways, assessments, certification, reporting, analytics, data integrity and learner support. She also helps develop bespoke client learning solutions and supports customer onboarding and contract delivery.
Mj combines creative design, learning psychology, instructional design and analytical thinking to create learning that people can understand, remember and apply.
Her focus is simple: to deliver learning that is engaging, well managed and easy to use, while supporting regulatory compliance, customer requirements and measurable organisational performance.
